2. Return and Exchange Request Window

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, the issue must be reported within 72 hours after the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for shipping damage claims.
3. Evidence Required

- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- For shipping damage claims, clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged item
4. Return and Exchange Process

- Submit clear photos showing the defect or shipping damage.
- Our support team will review your request.
- If approved, we will provide return or exchange instructions.
- The item must be returned following the instructions provided.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome by email.
5. Exchanges
If the return request is approved and you prefer a replacement item, we may offer an exchange depending on product availability.
If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return or exchange is approved because the item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Requests that do not meet the conditions described in this policy will not be eligible for return or exchange.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to alternate payment methods.
8. Refund Processing Time
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If a cancellation request is approved before shipment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If a cancellation request is submitted after payment has been processed, certain payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable.
10. Non-Returnable Situations

- The item is returned without prior authorization
